Mickey's Cheesecakes started the way the realest things do — quietly and from the heart. What began as cheesecakes shared with the people that I love grew into something bigger — one pop-up, one weekend, one "you have to try this" at a time.
It was never just me. It was friends who believed in it before I did. It was a community that showed up and spread the word. Every cheesecake carries that love. Made from scratch. Made with care. Made with the love that was given to me.
Now I get to give that love back. As Mickey's Cheesecakes grows, so does my commitment to the community that helped build the brand. The same community that I'm proud to keep pouring into through Mickey's Cheesecakes.
